We listen, act, and transform
If you’re here, something in your life may feel heavy, confusing, or harder than it should be. I want you to know - you don’t have to navigate that alone.
My name is Robbie, and I’m a trauma therapist and the founder of Survival Mode Therapy. My path into this work didn’t begin in a classroom—it began through my own lived experiences. Growing up in environments shaped by emotional neglect, instability, and feeling like I didn’t quite belong, I became deeply curious about why we react the way we do, why certain patterns feel so hard to change, and what actually helps people heal in a lasting way. That curiosity eventually became a calling.
Today, I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood abuse, neglect, and relational trauma especially those who find themselves stuck in patterns of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel like they’re constantly bracing, overthinking, or carrying a quiet sense of exhaustion.
